Welcome to the supplement segment of the Bikini-Ready Body Video Trainer. I’m looking forward to guiding you on your goal of creating your best bikini body ever!

Supplements will play a key role in your transformation to aid in recovery, fuel your body, and to provide the energy needed to nail your training sessions. Using high-quality products is important to me, as I want to make sure I’m giving my body what it needs to keep it healthy and functioning at its best.

I rely on Kaged supplements for a variety of reasons, namely their quality. Everything goes through thorough testing in the lab and the gym, and is made from the purest ingredients. Also, Kaged supplements are free from banned substances and contain no artificial colors or flavors, keeping your health in mind.

I will provide a comprehensive list of products to use on your training days, as well as what to take on your rest days.
