Slow digesting time-release protein
I have used many different casein proteins over the yrs. Being lactose intolerant I had just gotten use to being gassy at bed time.. NO MORE ! This stuff makes amazing pudding mixed with 1 serving of greek yogurt and 2oz cold fluid. Love vanilla for versatility but choclate pb is also great.

I am a nighttime sweets lover! This has helped satisfy my sweet tooth while staying on track with my nutrition goals. I have never had anything like this before so don’t have much to compare it with but it tastes really good and I love how you can make it into a pudding. I feel satisfied after it as well. My husband had a bite and couldn’t believe when I told him what it was.
I like to mix 3/4 cup cold water with one scoop for more of a pudding consistency. If I have time to let it set in the refrigerator it’s even better!
Hot tip: Chocolate P. Butter:
Mix 2 scoops in a bowl with :
- 2-3 Tablespoon egg whites
- 50g oats
- mix with water until the batter is firm
Preheat oven to 230C.
Find a cooking tray and use a tablespoon to make 7-9 cookies.
15-20 minutes in the oven and this gives the most amazing buns😀
Same can be done with the Vanilla flavor but I would recommend to add both cinnamon and cardamom.
I stumbled upon this casein about a year ago and decided to give it a shot. It’s my absolute favorite and SO delicious! I usually put half vanilla and half chocolate in a bowl with just enough water to make it into a cookie dough type consistency. It’s the best treat before bed!
