INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 Can of Pumpkin
  • 3/4 Cups Egg Whites
  • 1 Scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
  • 2 Tablespoons Stevia Granules
  • 3/4 Cup Fat Free Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/4 Cup High Protein Natural Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Dash of Salt
  • 1 1/2 Cup of Water
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat Oven to 300° F.
  2. In a bowl, mix the egg whites until fluffy.
  3. Fold in the remaining ingredients until smooth. 
  4. Poor into a large glass tray.
  5. Bake for 45-60 minutes.
  6. Place in the fridge to set overnight. 
  7. Enjoy!
