SHIPPING INFORMATION
Kaged offers free shipping for all orders within the continental US of $70.00 and up.
*Not including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
A flat rate of $7.99 will be applied for all orders $0.00 - $69.99.
Orders placed on working business days (Monday - Friday) typically ship within 3-5 business days. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed during the next working business day. Business days do not reflect weekends or US holidays.
Orders may be split into multiple shipments.
During periods of heavy order volume (sales, product launches, etc.), orders may take longer to ship.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS
All international orders are shipped via DDP. Customers are not responsible for paying fees upon arrival. Rates vary based on total weight and final destination. Pricing includes duties, insurance costs, and value-added taxes.
*Refunds will not be issued for any order(s) that are: refused, abandoned by the intended recipient, not deliverable because the recipient is not present, have an undeliverable address or incorrect address, or marked as "not deliverable". If you have special instructions for your delivery such as a gate code or community mailbox, etc. please make sure to inform the shipping carrier as Kaged is not responsible.
