As a Digital Media Buyer, you’ll work with the marketing team to plan strategy, negotiate and secure media buys in addition to developing reports to monitor performance across all placements. This role will collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders to coordinate creative, copy and messaging across all buys to ensure the ad matches the placement and audience of where it is served. You will be tasked with optimizing media spend across multiple paid social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube etc.) while working closely with our creative team to test and scale winning ad concepts and identifying new opportunities for scale. You will be responsible for developing the overall campaign, targeting and creative strategy, optimizations and reporting on a weekly basis to internal stakeholders. This position will leverage strategic, creative, analytical and planning skills to drive engagement, conversion and new customer acquisition by leveraging an effective and efficient mix of paid media and digital demand generation channels.

Responsibilities:

• Use a data-driven approach to define and develop the paid media strategy and build out paid media plans, including audience targeting and segmentation, messaging, creative, budgeting and optimizations
• Coordinate launch of buys and campaigns with marketing and creative teams
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate full funnel, end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Strategically leverage customer and intent data from various owned and 3rd party sources to improve performance of programs through refined targeting and contextual optimizations
• Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests and experiments
• Prepare and deliver reports to the executive team showing the strategy and design of paid media programs as well as insights from a data-driven approach to media

Skills Needed:

• Experience scaling ads with six figure monthly budgets
• Analytical mindset to analyze performance and impact of media buys
• Organizational skills that can balance continuous campaign launches, and performance monitoring significant amounts of budget
• Strong understanding of creative for direct response marketing

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with product and service information by email, chat service and phone
  Resolve customer concerns. process orders, and answer customer questions
  Create reports with customer service statistics for reporting purposes
  Reply to comments on social media posts across multiple platforms in an engaging fashion
  Respond to customer inquiries sent via Direct Message across multiple social media platforms
  Must have knowledge on the brand voice of Kaged Muscle along with knowledge of our products/services offered
  Regularly report on feedback received from questions asked to our audience via Instagram Story
  Support the Operations and Marketing teams with special projects

Skills Required:

• One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred
  Knowledge of Zendesk or other CRM platform
  Strong written and verbal communication are key elements for this role
  Effectively calculate numbers (basic mathematics)
  Ability to learn quickly, multi-task and work independently
  A positive attitude, motivated, and reliable
  E-commerce experience such as Shopify preferred but not required
