Can I Take It At Night?

How much water should I mix with Organic Greens?
Given the amount of superfoods, it’s important that you mix it with enough water for all the ingredients to mix. 10-14 ounces is a good starting point. Due to the fiber, “swirl” your greens every few sips so the fiber doesn’t all stick to the bottom.
We also recommend using a Blender Bottle so that it mixes well.
If it’s too sweet, add more water. If it’s not sweet enough, add less. Some customers who like it sweet have told us they like to add a pinch of Kaged Hydration to make it a bit sweeter.
Can I take more than one scoop a day?
Organic Greens is not meant to replace whole fruits and vegetables. We recommend you stick to one scoop and focus on getting the majority of your nutritional needs met from whole foods.
What's the difference between Organic Greens and Organic Greens Elite?
Both Organic Greens and Organic Greens Elite start with the same 26 organic fruits, vegetables, and herbals. Both include prebiotics for digestive support and adaptogens to help manage stress.*

Like eating your vegetables, you may not see all the incredible nutrients “working” right away.
Over consistent use, Organic Greens can support your gut and immune health and help manage stress.*
If you do feel immediate benefits, that’s great. Many report that it supported their gut and improved their energy levels.*

Prebiotics are a type of dietary fiber that feed the beneficial bacteria in your gut.
By giving your good bacteria fuel, they help them thrive…

The end result is that the prebiotics support healthy digestion, ensuring that you're not just consuming nutrients, but effectively absorbing them too.
For these reasons, Kaged greens powders include two patented types of prebiotic fiber.
