You heard that right. Kaged Innovator Gaby's [@Gabymiya] favorite fall time post-workout food is protein corn bread. This cornbread is not only nutrient dense, the apple sauce makes the bread perfectly moist without using any oil!

MACROS (PER SERVING)

  • Calories: 100
  • Fat: 1 g
  • Carbohydrates: 14g
  • Protein: 7g

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup milk of choice 
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda 
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate 
  • 1/5 tsp pink Himalayan salt 
  • 3/4 cup corn meal 
  • 1/4 cup oat flour 
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 1 cup plain greek fat free yogurt 
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce 
  • 1 Egg

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Spray a 9x9 inch pan with nonstick oil.
  3. Bake for 18 minutes, or until golden brown on the top.
  4. Let cool, cut, and Enjoy!
