While training and following your diet protocol are crucial to your success on your 8-week Fat-loss Figure Trainer, supplements also play a key role in your transformation. That’s because supplements help fuel your body before and during your training, speed recovery for a better workout the next day, and they provide you with the energy you need to get the most out of every set and rep. Getting in the right supplements also helps you adhere to your reduced-calorie regimen because they allow you to release stored fat to fuel activity while you’re consuming less.

To help stay hydrated I sip on Hydra-Charge all day long. Staying hydrated is vital to both your athletic performance as well as your recovery. Hydra-Charge makes it easy to hit your water intake with its great taste, but it also provides important electrolytes and nutrients. These include calcium, phosphorous, magnesium, sodium, and potassium, which help you get the most from the fluids you’re consuming. Hydra-Charge also contains freeze-dried coconut water and SPECTRA, a blend of fruit, vegetable, and herbal extracts for antioxidant support.
CYDNEY SAYS: You can sip on a water bottle mixed with Hydra-Charge throughout the day, but I especially recommend getting in a dose before, during or after my workouts. Try to get in at least two servings a day in addition to plenty of water.

L-CARNITINE
L-Carnitine plays an essential role in the body’s energy metabolism by releasing fat to be used as an energy source, and it also plays a role in promoting post-exercise recovery. This amino acid transports fatty acids into your cells, where your mitochondria oxidize them, promoting energy for better workouts. Getting in L-Carnitine before cardio supports the release of free fatty acids, providing a source of energy. Make sure you take L-Carnitine before cardio, especially if you perform it at another time of day other than post workout.
CYDNEY SAYS: Take in 1-3 servings of L-Carnitine each day. Make sure you get in one before each training session—that’s especially important if you split them into two-fers. You can also take a dose of L-Carnitine immediately after weight training if you perform cardio afterwards

SUPPLEMENT STACK FOR YOUR 8-WEEK FAT-LOSS FIGURE TRAINER
Here are my recommendations for the supplements you should take each day to maximize fat loss on my program. You can take all of these supplements from the very beginning of your 8-week Fat-loss Figure Trainer. Another possibility is to begin with some supplements, and slowly start increasing the number of times a day you’re taking certain supplements.
You should make sure that you’re getting in your protein and electrolytes (Hydra-Charge) from the beginning of this program. But there are certain advantages to adding in more doses of supplements within the recommended guidelines as you get deeper into a fat-loss program. For instance, you can start with one dose of Clean Burn for first couple weeks, and then add in additional doses to keep up your metabolism and bodyfat burning as you progress.
