HOW TO USE

SIP BEFORE YOUR WORKOUT

Mix 1 scoop with 12-16 ounces of water and sip it about 30 minutes before you start your workout. This allows the ingredients to be absorbed properly and maximizes their effectiveness during your training session. Use more or less water to achieve the desired taste. If you’ve never tried a high-stim pre-workout, start with half a scoop to assess your tolerance.

Many pre-workouts use citrulline malate, which has half the citrulline content. We use 10g of pure L-citrulline, which gives you twice the amount of citrulline and muscle pumps… 10g of citrulline malate = 5g of L-citrulline In contrast, the same dose of citrulline malate only provides half the pumps (and most pre-workouts have a lower dose to begin with).
