Here’s a ghoulishly grueling workout you can try for Halloween Eve. For this workout, we’ve paired two supersets to get the nutrient-rich blood pumping through your quads.
MONSTER QUAD WORKOUT SPLIT
For the first superset, you’ll do an ascending set where you decrease the reps you do per set while increasing the weight used in each set.
A. Loch Ness Leg Press:
5 Sets / Reps : 30, 25, 20, 15, 10
B. Weighted Walking (Dead) Lunges:
5 Sets / Reps : 30 (15 Each Leg)
In the second superset, you’ll be doing a descending set where you increase the number of reps done per set while decreasing the weight used per set.
C. Coffin Hack Squat Machine:
5 Sets / Reps : 10, 15, 20, 25, 30
D. Nightmare Leg Extension Machine:
5 Sets / Reps : 30 (15 Each Leg)
